Day 4-Relief

With few exceptions, I have Fridays off.  During the school year, those are sacred days to me.  Usually I spend the day cleaning and running errands but to be able to do that without the kids tagging along is such an easier process.
I look forward to this day, especially this week.  The past two weeks, this sacred day has been spent with kids.  In fact, I told a friend earlier this week that I needed to be off work this Friday and I needed my kids to be at school all day.  She reassured me that was going to happen.

This morning I woke up from some intense dreams about work.  It was so vivid.  I was even explaining processes and procedures in my dream.  Yes, I realize how sad that is.
I spent today at a training.  A good training in which I learned a lot.

Mid-way through the afternoon, I was exhausted.  My brain couldn’t handle any more information.
My brain couldn’t handle any more work.

I thought to tomorrow.  I need it.
I thought ahead to tonight’s meditation.

Your peace in our hearts
This is such a perfect way to describe how I feel about being home tonight.

Relief.
Relief as peace sets into my heart.
